EVENT DAY/TIME AND LOCATION
Official convention events begin at approximately 3pm on Monday, May 21 and will go through Thursday night, May 24. If you are in a Mastermind groups are able to meet beginning at 8am on Monday, May 21. See event website for more up to date schedule of events.
PARKING
Garage parking is available for $18 and Valet for $23 per day.

CMIT's room rate is $139/night plus 8.4% sales tax plus 2% occupancy tax plus a $2 Tourism Assessment. At the time of reservation you will be charged the first nights rate - this is refundable up to 3 days prior to the event.
The deadline to reserve your room under CMIT's block is 4/24/18 - after this point you may not be able to book under the group block and your reservation could be at a higher rate if available at all. CMIT is not responsible for assisting with reservations once our block is full.

DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE
Attire for this event is mostly business casual/casual, however the banquet dinner on Tuesday night is a more formal event and cocktail attire is appropriate.
WHAT TO BRING
You should come with plenty of business cards to hand out. It goes without saying but you should bring your computer for any hands-on sessions you may attend. Most sessions, outside of those marked as workshops or training, will not be set up for you to plug in at your table.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
There will be photos and videos taken during the event, by attending the event you consent to appear in photos and videos.
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Registration deadline is 4/30/2018 - anyone who registers after this date will see an additional 5% added to their fee.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Franchisees pay for their attendance fee through monthly billing with HQ, sponsors will be required to use a credit card or remit a check.

TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
If you need to transfer your ticket to someone else in your company please let us know immediately. Depending on how close you are to the event there may be a processing fee.
